Evandro “Mancha” Menezes firstname.lastname@example.org
Mancha grew up in Belo Horizonte, nestled in the breathtaking mountains of Minas Gerais, Brazil. He started skating at the age of 14 and soon began to dream about traveling to the United States and owning his own vert ramp, which seemed close to impossible at the time. He quickly rose up in the Brazilian vert scene, traveling to the U.S. finally came. Mancha arrived without knowing any English and only $180 in his pocket. He worked multiple jobs to make ends meet, sneaking in skate sessions wherever he could.
Today despite countless forces working against him, Mancha prevailed. He now owns a home in the vert “capital” – Vista, CA – with a former X-Games ramp nestled in his backyard. Having realized his first dream, he is now working on his second one: to live sustainably off his own land. He is also completed his certification in integrative nutrition. When he is not skating, he can be found at home taking care of his four young kids, cultivating his plants, taking wellness and building websites.
